Who this policy covers
This policy applies to personal data submitted through raymondya.com, a site operated by Raymond Ya, a salesperson registered with the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA Registration No.: R073363F) with ERA Realty.
What is collected
Only what the enquiry forms ask for: your name, the email address or mobile number you choose to give, the enquiry type you select, and the message you write. No account is created, and no financial information is requested through this site.
Why it is collected
To reply to your enquiry, to arrange and prepare for a property assessment, and to keep a record of the conversation so that later advice is consistent with what you first asked about.
How it is used and shared
Your data is used by Raymond Ya to respond to you. Where a transaction requires it, information may be shared with the agency, or with parties required by law or by CEA and PDPA obligations. It is not sold, and it is not passed to unrelated marketing lists.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to respond, to complete any resulting engagement, and to meet regulatory record-keeping requirements. After that they are deleted.
Analytics and cookies
Site analytics may be enabled to understand which pages are read. Any analytics installed will be recorded in this section, together with what it measures, once configured.
Your rights and how to make a request
